Following a tradition started in Australia, a bunch of us made pizza in Austria on the weekend.
Given the truly international praise received by the pizzas, I am going to make public the secret recipe.
I will start with the ingredients for the pizza base.
Pizza by Grischa
The Base Ingredients:
Flour, have 1 kg available
Olive oil, 2-3 tablespoons
Polenta, a little bit underneath each pizza, about 50 g or so in total
Salt, 1-2 teaspoons
Water, 300 ml
Yeast, one pack dry yeast, never tried fresh yeast, but should work well, too
